How can i make spam go to someones phone?

someone stole my phone last week and changed the number and i cant get it back so in revenge i want to send a bunch of spam to there number.is there any online servay or like message that i can put there number in and it will send them multiple spam messages.or like telemarketers that will call the number?thanks!
