Getting anonymous calls?

I would try Trapcall, or if you have AT&T, you can block calls with their service called Smart Limits. (On a cell phone.) Your other option is change your number, which most do not want to do, but it will stop it...Probably a Telemarketer, but they usually would not call at 2:00 AM.! (Or just ignore anonymous calls incoming.) On a HOME phone, you can stop ALL anonymous calls if you have Caller ID, by using ACR, (Anonymous Call Rejection) by dialing *77... (Turn off by dialing *87)
