Can I get electrocuted if I talk using VOIP and the person I'm on the phone with is using a telephone?

I'm a telemarketer. We use VOIP to call clients. I'm concerned about what happens in a thunderstorm if the person I'm calling gets struck through the phone would if affect me? What's the likelihood of getting struck by lighting while you're on the phone? Should I be concerned?
