Cruise Line offer, telemarketer?

My girlfriend got a call at work from a cruise line and offered her tickets. She was scared and immediately hung up. She only did this because the person on the other line knew her name and her shift time (she only works thursdays and saturdays and he called on a thursday right before closing). She let her boss know about the incident. I was wondering if anybody knew of cruise lines doing something like this, or if it was a telemarketer. Anybody with a similar experience would be appreciated!
