Bothered by telemarketers,?

We have ben on a do not call list for several months and a telemarketer repeatedly calls with some advertisement concerning credit cards. My hearing is bad and I am unable to understand what exactly is said AND we are not interested in credit cards, only being left in peace! Any suggestions are welcome, thanks
