Well you could be losing weight even though a scale may not show it Im sure it's happening. Certain people lose weight at certain paces. For instance some people can run about 5 miles and lose about 6 pounds or so but someone else will have to run 10 miles to lose those 6 pounds it's all based on what your body chooses sometimes you can change that by making healthy habits and sometimes you just got to stick with what you got and be thankful that at least you're losing some weight.
