What is the best call blocker APP for Android phones?

I want a call blocker APP for my Samsung Intercept and I have looked at several different ones but havent seen one that I really like. I found one that I like but you can only block 3 numbers. I think it's called Call Control. I heard that Mr. Number is good but it either puts the call through to voicemail or it picks up and hangs up. I don't like the pick up and hang up feature. If a telemarketer or a number I don't recognize calls my phone now and I dont want to answer, I just hit the End button. That's what I want the call blocker to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
