Unknown phone number keeps calling me?

There is a number that's been calling me for about a week now. When I answer, they hang up, and when I have tried calling back, they ignore the calls. I'd guess it's not telemarketers, otherwise they'd try to talk to me... But it's getting annoying now, so is there any way to block their number or something like that?
