Scammers keep sending my phone ads and keep calling me! Help!?

There are ads being sent that I won money and stuff and calls that hang up. I know they are scams and most likely evil telemarketers. I need help and I have the number (877) 874-5811. What can I do to stop sending me texts and phone calls? Can I call the police help line? I know not to trust them and any of their stupid scams.
