Could someone elaborate?

We all know that the internet is not a safe place, especially when surfing the web for pictures and videos. For some reason, Google Images has become worse and worse with pop-ups of naked pictures when you type in something as simple as "cute kitten" or "beach scenery". Also, Enrique Iglesias came out with the song's "Tonight I'm Lovin' You" music video and only watching it once I shutter when I think about it. I am pretty paranoid that these images can be considered porn, but they're free and open to public on the internet! Any one of any age can see these videos and pictures. My question is if public websites broadcast nudity such as Hulu, Vevo, YouTube, and many others, is it considered porn?
