Best sports authenticator?

I have a signed dwyane wade and lebron james picture that does not have a COA. in order to sell it and make the most money i will need to certify it. i have heard of many authenticators like PSA/DNA, GAI, UDA however i do not now which one is seen as the best authenticator and which company's COA brings the most money.
